Can I use a HD 8570 for native resolutions?

Hi

I'm looking to build anotger crt emu driver pc with a HD 8570 but can I get native resolutions on this card as when I use super resolutions on my other PC I can't read text in fightcade.

I also own a HD 4550 but that pretty old now.
