Rowe ami not selecting A side

Hi everyone.
After getting a Rowe ami 1965 diplomat I have had many issues. Most I have managed to sort out but there are still a couple of problems I can't get my head around, please can someone help.
First of all when I press A or B with any number the selecter wheel spins but doesn't activate the magazine. Also when I select an A side I.e C,E,G,J,L,N,Q,S,U with any number the magazine will spin but go back to it's start position. Does anyone know what I need to do?

Just an update to say I've sorted that problem along with many other issues I had. The only one I have now is that when you select side B the machine automatically plays side A first without it being selected. Any thoughts?
