1976 Chicago coin champion shuffle bowling game problem

Running into problem with the 6th pin not registering, Just picked up game that was not working and found missing fuses, those were replaced and game was cleaned(to the best of my novice ability), game was turned on and seems to play except can not get a strike or spare, because of the 6th pin, and the game will keep score other wise.
