Help setting up Vitrolight Marquee/Monitor
« on: May 03, 2022, 12:34:05 am »
Sir, good evening.  My name is Kirk, I am new to the site.  I just viewed your post on your installation on the Vitrolight marquee and felt I had to reach out to you for help.  A few months ago I purchased a 43"  Vitrolight monitor/marquee from China.  I assume that the purchase would be easy, I few weeks into the buy, I would get an email on the HTML layout.  The question would be do I want input or output, naturally, I thought it would be plug and play, like any other secondary monitor.  I tried to explain what I wanted the monitor for,  I said it would be used as an arcade marquee after a week of back and forth I was satisfied with the last email I received.   I couldn't wait to receive it for my 50" arcade system. Fast forward to the delivered, dry fit it and it looks great. My only problem is I am unable to get any output from my computer.  The monitor comes on, I can set up a network and reach any site,  I have the latest gaming system, with Nvidia 1660Ti video card, windows 10.    I changed the HTML cable, I also purchase an HDMI to DVI adapter.  I updated the video card drivers, nothing.  The computer doesn't see the second monitor.  I was wondering if you could please point me in the right direction in setting up the marquee/monitor
Thanks
Kirk
