I have a functional Emerald with working key. Would love to help you dump the key data.

Getting it working again was a fun little adventure... The drive was completely dead. Thankfully the recoveries you previously dumped actually contain enough to get started from an unformatted drive -- just slightly hidden in the 1.44MB boot image ;)
