Rowe Ami R86 - not selecting
« on: April 05, 2022, 09:03:40 am »
I had my R86 parts serviced by Alan Hood (Ami Man) in 2019 and all was working well. I have since moved the machine to another house and itís has stopped working. All seems to power up but the record will not select and play after the numbers are selected. The carousel doesnít move. If I push the cancel button the carousel does rotate however. Iím guessing itís the mech control board but I donít really know.
I canít get hold of Ami Man by phone or email (hope heís ok). Any advice appreciated as I donít know anyone else in the Uk with the requisite Rowe Ami knowledge.

Last year I heard he was posting on the jukebox forum at https://jukeboxaddicts.proboards.com/.  (username "amiman66"?)   :dunno
