Megatouch from 1997 reboots constantly

HI- Its been a long time since I have been on this forum, anyway I have a old  Megatouch counter top game from I think 1997 98 
It has sat a few years, now when I turn it on it boots up ok, shows the game selections, then after a short time it restarts over and over again.

what should I look for  first, weak caps somewhere ?

found a model number inside  mn. G20-101-003
