  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Hi,

i have problem with Pc configuration with dual monitors see:
http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,166310.0.html

so i try another PC configuration to compare:
Win7 x64 ultimate+I5+8GoDDR3 + Ati radeon 5450 (1Go)

no problem with:
GW 0.182
mame x64 0.241

but it's impossible to launch recent GW all versions after GW 0.232.
It's crashed at launch with following message:
-----------------------------------------------------
exception at EIP=0000000000000000 (not found): access violation
While attempting to write memory at 0000000000000000
-----------------------------------------------------

update after another test:
--------
GroovyMAME 0.227 - Switchres 0.017t =>works
GroovyMAME 0.227 - Switchres 2.001a=>exception at EIP=0000000000000000 (not found): access violation

have you idea?

Best regards,
Bertrand/CFou!

Probably bad driver: SR 2.0 needs Emudriver based on version 16.2 for HD 5000+.
Important note: posts reporting GM issues without a log will be IGNORED.
Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.

I know, and I'm telling use the other one (Crimson 16.2.1 non-GCN* cards).
