Question: How thick should the Plexi be for the Monitor Bezel

i've used 1/4" smoked plex on a couple occasions and have no regrets.

That is what I saw on the first screen listing all the boards. I was hoping it wasn't a question for the "Everything Else" board.

As far as I know, Plexi IS acrylic. Acrylic is what the material is called and Plexi is a brandname. Polycarbonate (with brandname Lexan) is another option, but that scratches easier than Plexi.

But think about it, you put glass in your windows. Why not on your cab? Plexi does scratch easier than glass and it can become "milky" over time. Make sure the glass is tempered (and if possible smoked).

I use 1/4" amber "smoked" plexi and love it. There are a couple of shots here:

im using 3mm smoked and a clear 6mm plexi on top (to protect the smoked stuff).
so 9mm plexi, around 1/2"? in total.
