Bestech Monitor Chassis ID and info on Remote Board

First time here.  Hoping for some help.  Mecha on KLOV sent me this way to see if anyone can help me id this chassis. It works, but i pulled and the pots on the remote board and mixed up the order that they go in.  Any help would be appreciated.  TIA

As in, you desoldered each pot from the remote board and have discovered they all have different values?

Also, we can only see thumbnails without logging in. You could just repost those.
