Groovy Mame boot up to specific game at startup

Not sure if this question is more front end or Mame related, but I'm wondering if there is any way to get Groovy Mame to boot up directly to a particular Rom? I'm using big box for my front end and have it to boot at startup but would be nice to just get the machine to boot into a specific game in my case MK3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use a bat file or ahk ,its been covered several times.

Thank you, I'll google it and give either option a try. Just wasn't sure if using a bat file would interfere with Big Box launching on startup. Guess I should have been more clear with my question.

instead of havinf your launchbox start at startup, you create a batch file that when you close mame, it fires up launch box, its easyer to do with ahk.
