Mame sound lag repeat

Hey,

I'm using coinops on my friends computer and I am noticing that with mame0239b_64bit.exe I have sound repeats almost lags in most mame games. I tried running mame directly downloaded not coinops and had same problem.

The specs of my friend pc is NVidia geforce gtx 1060 6gb and a intel core 5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz   3.40 GHz

I have  a 5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz   3.40 GHz same processor and a ati Radeon 7000. I play mame fine and can make naomi with no lag video and audio wise. I can also play Atomiswave fine. He has video and audio lag with many naomi games and atomiswave he even has video and audio issues with retorache n64 emulator.

We tried to update the driver for nvidia geforce 1060  6b and it helped with some mame games. Any suggestions I tried lowering the sound quality rom 22000 to lower did not fix it.
