hantarex mtc900, Maybe?

My hantarex mtc900 10" monitor was from a mid 80's body floor scale. You would put in a quarter and enter your weight, height and gender and step onto the scale. It would tell you how many calories you need to lose weight. Anyway I can't find anything about this monitor. I would like to fix it.  When it's plugged in I get a horizonal line across it. I would like to cap it. I can't find a cap kit that matches exactly. Any help  would be great.
