Best Front end to support 49 way Joysticks using GPWiz49?

Currently trying to upgrade my MAME cabinet that I was previously running for years using Mala FE with my 49 way joysticks and GGG GPWiz49

Old PC crashed and upgraded computer with a newer version of MAME but after trying a couple different MAME FEs I can't see to get any to work with my joysticks. Any suggestions. Currently trying to get Launchbox to work, so far no success.
