iPac Ultimate IO help
« on: January 03, 2022, 11:18:03 pm »
Hello everyone, new here so please forgive me if this has been asked before.

i have a iPac Ultimate IO board and im trying to set up Xinput or Dinput to use with PC games ect while also being able to use some key commands like ESC, Volume Up and Volume Down.

I have the 1.55 firmware installed while running the older ipac software so i can combine inputs but in this MIXED mode windows does not detect the board as an "xbox" controller. If i run Multi Mode windows detects it as a controller but then i lose the ability to map ESC, Volume up and Volume down while in xinput or dinput mode.

I am also setting up LED Blinky so if you guys have any suggestion on how i should set up the IO board to work best for my application and LED Blinky that would be amazing!

I played around with the different xinput modes on the Ultimate and in the end just left in keyboard mode and used Keyboard2Xinput for those games that needed the latter.

Thank You!  ;D
This is exactly what i needed. Im using Launchbox/Bigbox, is there a way to set it up to automatically run the app when launching a game? I have an app to quit Keyboard2Xinput as well.

Thanks again
