Hardware Question

Been lurking here for quite a while and picked up lots of great information.  I've completed the design phase and have my plans off to a CNC shop to get cut.  Most of the equipment has arrived and now I'm working on the last part of my build.  A few years ago I build a pc to run a Plex media server in my house but it does not have a GPU.  I'm considering using it to run my new 4 player pedestal. 

Current Specs:

Processor-AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor, 4000 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
MOBO - ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 USB 3.0 HDMI uATX AMD Motherboard
RAM - G.SKILL NS Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-1600C11D-8G
Power Supply - EVGA SuperNOVA 850 GT, 80 Plus Gold 850W, Fully Modular, Auto Eco Mode with FDB Fan
I have two empty WD Red Plus 4TB NAS Hard Disk Drive - 5400 RPM Class SATA 6Gb/s, CMR, 64MB Cache
I know I'll have to pick up a GPU.

I haven't purchased any pc components in a few years and the cost of equipment was a little shocking.  With that in mind what I'm looking for suggestions on what I can do with what I have or if I need to just build something stand-alone for the arcade.

You'll be fine for the most part with what you have, only thing that would be concerning, is that FX-8350 chip runs a bit on the hot side and of course requires substantial cooling, which can of course, raise the fan volume a bit. Just something to keep in mind if you wanna stick it in a cab

I should have been a bit more specific - I'd like to be able to emulate up to and including PS3 games.  I also wonder if Plex would still be able to handle multiple streams (transcoding) like I can now.  Any additional advice?
