NBA Jam Cabinet Dimensions

I've searched the net high and low for NBA Jam 4 Player cabinet plans and surprisingly couldn't find any. So I was hoping to find someone who may have an original Midway NBA Jam machine that could measure a few spots for me and provide dimensions.

I've attached a Pic of a cab showing the dimensions  I need and have marked them A, B, C etc. to make it hopefully easier. If anyone could help that would be awesome!!
