MegaTouch Gold boots, blank screen

First time poster here, but having issue since moving with my megatouch gold. The game will boot up, and you can touch the screen and hear all of the prompts, but the screen is black. I know next to nothing on this thing as I am a pinball guy, but my wife loves this thing so I am trying to fix it! Please let me know if anyone can help, im hoping it is something easy. Thanks!

Did you check the vga cable? sounds like it came un plugged, is there power to the monitor?
