Can't Post
« on: October 16, 2021, 10:11:31 am »
I just attempted to create a thread in the main forum and when I hit send I received a message telling me that I could not post new topics in that forum. (Needless to say I lost everything I typed).

Please advise.

Whatever the issue was, you appear to be able to post again.
- Before posting the OP in this thread, you replied in this thread.
- After that, you posted a new thread in the Main forum.

Looks like it was either a momentary glitch or maybe your login timed out and the forum software thought you were trying to post as a guest.   :dunno

If you're using the default 1 hour login time and think your login might have timed out, there are two approaches you might want to try:

1. Before trying to post, copy the text of the post.
- If your login has timed out, you can login again and paste the text into a new post.

2. Before trying to post, open your profile in a new tab.
- If it doesn't open your profile, your login has timed out.
- Login again, switch back to the original tab, and post.
