Operation Wolf 3 and AimTrak Guns - no crosshair

I can't get the gun crosshairs to display on Operation Wolf 3 with the Aimtrak guns - I'm assuming that maybe the guns aren't compatible somehow?  It works fine with Operation Wolf and other titles such as Terminator. Maybe I should try another version of OP3 - not sure.
