In 1991, visionary director James Cameron changed cinema forever with Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Its thrilling action sequences and groundbreaking visual effects mesmerized audiences, and arcade enthusiasts clamored for a video game adaptation. In anticipation, Midway developed T2 the arcade game simultaneously with the film’s production and release. Utilizing sleek light guns for one or two players to play the roles of T-800 cyborgs, the game featured Arnold Schwarzenegger, Robert Patrick, and Eddie Furlong reprising their respective roles in digitized footage. The game was a blockbuster hit 1991, and now 30 years later, Arcade1Up is thrilled to produce this title in a home arcade form factor. Arcade1Up game cabinets have quickly become absolute must-haves for retrogame enthusiasts and pop-culture collectors; they play great, look great, and are instant conversation pieces. With T2, Arcade1Up fans will get their hands on one of the most requested titles ever.

I don't know why they went with light guns when that game used positional guns (basically analog sticks)

Maybe it plays better than I think... but it's not very attractive to me, especially at that price..
Anyone got change for a dollar?
PLEASE HELP NEED Fastmame .70 and .9* releases

because the screen is too small. and the guns would hit each other if they tried
it the other way.

I loved T2 back in the arcades. The problem with the game is that every level after the first one is goofy and generally terrible. The fight at the end with the T-1000 is an unfun slog. The game overall is really bad. The developers clearly put all their attention into that first level and made the first vehicle protection difficult enough to stop most players from getting further in the game. The vehicle protection against the chopper later in the game is one of the most broken levels in all of arcade gaming, IMO. You have about half a second to stop the chopper from slamming into the van over and over. A lot of it is luck, as you just happen to be firing in the right spot on the screen.
