nah, it helps to see other peoples projects always! ;D

mr.Curmudgeon:

I just bought a coin door from Mike and I had him wire up the reject buttons to "coin-up" when pressed.

It's more authentic (symbolically) than an additonal microswitch and it saves on space. He hooks it up with a toggle-switch so the option can be turned off if I just want to use quarters.

hulkster:

well that wont work cuz i got a coin door recently...as in yesterday  :) and its a 2 player coin door, so i need 4 buttons or four coin slots in order for that to work.  thanks for the tip though.

You kids are getting spoiled with your instant messengers, when I was a kid even email had a 15 minute to 48 hour lag... that's if it didn't get lost along the way.

Seriously though, with the 4 player panel I'd stick with what GGKoul is doing. Except I'd make it moron proof and use lit-up square buttons with inserts that say something like "25 cent credit". I did something similar on my last podium, except they were in the middle of the base like a fake coin door. The buyer seemed to like it... and he was a major moron.
