Logitech Profiler Issues With L2M2

After taking a few years off I finally assembled my L2M2 boards for my Daytona Twin. After getting the boards put together and all the voltages set I temporarily hooked one board to make sure everything was good. I played a quick game everything seemed to be good the only thing I did was enable FFB in the M2 ini. I took the board out and pulled the control panel to clean up the wiring adjust the clutch belt ect. After getting everything back together I opened the Logitech profiler to recalibrate the wheel and pedals. When entering the calibration screen the wheel rumbled, I then calibrated everything. This is when the issues started, now with no game running if you turn the wheel 15-20deg left or right the FFB kicks in. Even with a game running there is no game FFB just the feedback from turning the wheel. Anyone have any ideas?

I would highly recommend scrapping the L2M2 -- I had one as well (well, an L2Happ, which isn't much different), and the design is highly flawed (this according to the creator).  I had a n issue with overheating where I actually had the annodized coating burned off a heatsink because of a buildup caused by improper circuit design.

I'd highly recommend going with a PWM2M2 from Aganyte over at the gamoover.net forums, which is the newer version of that board.  It's a much more stable implementation and it works really well.
