Default knob for TurboTwist 2 spinner?
« on: April 20, 2021, 10:34:28 am »
Can anyone post a picture and dimensions of the default knob that is included with the TurboTwist 2 spinner?  The GGG description says "Stylish Red, shiny aluminum-shell" but all the photos show a black knob.

Is the red knob solid aluminum?  I might not be able to use the ESC (X-Arcade 2 player) due to short depth of the box, but I'm concerned about spin.

Also, Randy says "If operation as a spinner is desired and a lightweight knob is to be used, it is strongly recommended that the optional Energy Storage Cylinder (ESC) is purchased." but doesn't say which knobs are considered "lightweight"?

As written, it has an aluminum shell.  It is not a solid aluminum knob.  It is a lightweight knob.

If you have no need for a steering wheel or the Accu-twist feature, and you have limited space below the panel, I highly recommend the TT2 Sci-Winder.

Thanks Randy!  I would have gone directly to the source but I know you are a busy guy.
