Sony PVM 2130QM issue

I have this monitor and everything goes well with the original consoles (AES, PSX, Saturn, DC, Wii ...), but with Mister or GroovyMame on PC the PVM has random jumps in some lines of the image, as I show in the gif.

What could be the problem? Synchronism? I repeat that there is no problem with any console.
