VPinball.com shutdown
« on: April 05, 2021, 04:44:42 pm »
Just saw a YouTube post from TerryRed saying the VPinball.com website shutdown.  I went there and its true.  I wasn't following things to know exactly how this all happened but it sounds like some folks were impersonating members and trying to sell content.  If you had a VPin it was a nice resource site.

Yeah I heard about this yesterday.
I dont follow the Vpin stuff but from what I hear they were having the age old prob like MAME and HS of people making money selling the free content on DVDs etc.

That sucks. I'm in the middle of a major update on ball buster. New pc, ne graphics. Too bad I couldn't swap the drives. Re doing all that software again is a nightmare.
