FREE: WG D9200 monitor for parts in Buffalo NY area... broken tube :(

BiscuitPower:
Hi all.

I had a sad day yesterday. Was pulling out my beloved D9200 to put into vertical orientation when I lost my grip and I heard the woosh of death of escaping air. SO yeah, cracked tube SIGH.

It turns on and makes the clicking noise like it should, but of course no picture. This happened a week after I configured my Mister FPGA, it was a great week ARG.

Aside from that, everything else is great and it's always performed flawlessly with minimal usage.

I'd like to give it to somebody who could use it for parts or figure out how to pair it with a new tube. I don't have any more machines aside from this, so I have no use for this as a parts stash.

Attaching a picture of it turned on from happier times, and where it sits now.

Pickup only, I'll help you get it out of the cab and lug it out to your car. Cheers.

I'd pay for shipping the chassis and neckboard, I have a known good working tube for it too.
Zip is 19808 , LMK

Did you ever get rid of the monitor?
Malenko:
if he ever comes back Im first in line ;)

LOL I gotcha bro!!  Just picked up an Artic Thunder with a d9200.  Still works but the the bottom of the screen isn't showing and the flyback starts hissing at me if I touch it.  Tube has little to no burn in so I'm just trying to find a replacement chassis.

BTW, I was reading another thread and don't you do marquees?
