  • I want to build my own arcade controls!

This problem seems to be that hyperspin is ignoring my mame.ini display settings . Any thoughts on how to get hyperspin to use mame.ini or to get mame.ini settings into the hyperspin configuration?
I'm posting here because this forum seems more likely to understand this problem.

I'm almost at the end of a very long annoying journey with the K7000/mame and frequencies less than 60Hz . I learned quite a bit along the way (basic electronic troubleshooting, changing capacitors etc.) so I'm not too upset.

Well I use Hyperspin for my MAME cabinet but unfortunately it's not hooked up right now to compare directories. What do you mean by 'It Wobbles'? Like the framerate being choppy and screen flickering because it's not accepting your settings? As long as your paths are setup correctly in the Hyperspin config file, it shouldn't be ignoring it. Even one mistyped word or character can cause errors. Posting your mame.ini and hyperspin config files to compare might help.

Hyperspin does not mess with mame at all, is just the coomand use to launch mame. Now if you use rocketlauncher or hyperlaunch, thats another thing, as rocketlauncher uses  its own configs to launch mame, so even if you have mame settings tuned, rocketlauncher would bypass those, so you need to explainmore on what are your settings exactly.
