New Posts icons not working anymore.

On the forum index page, the "New Posts"  &  "No New Posts" icons stopped working.  The top six ("main" to "everything else") always have "New Posts" icon, and the bottom one ("Board discussion ") always has "No New Posts".  Having the newposts icons was a great feature when it was working.

This happens to me on both IE (v 5.5) and netscape (v. 6.2 & 7.0pr1).  I have winMe.  The "Last Post" column seems to be current, though, so I don't think it's a cache problem.  Anyone else have this too, or is something wrong with my setup.

Still having same problems, except one little change.

On the forum index page (http://www.arcadecontrols.org/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi), only the Board discussion row shows the "New Posts"  &  "No New Posts" icon correctly.  All the other forums still always list that new posts have occured even if there are none.
