Golden Tee '10 Unplugged
« on: January 14, 2021, 03:12:09 pm »
Hey guys,

Been fussing with a GT '10 UP for a few days now. Getting flash code 12. Tried the I/O board on another nighthawk box we have in a BAGS machine and it worked fine.

LEDs on MOBO and I/O board are slow, steady flashes compared to the BAGS when they were rapidly flashing.

One thing, however, we aren't using the original power supply. The one we are currently using has a 20 pin connector. Cannot find diagram of the original but pretty sure it's a 24 pin connector, so maybe that's the issue.

We have gone over USB ports and everything looks fine. Have tried new cables and they don't work either.

code 12 is loss of connection to the IO board or IO board not detected.

could be a software issue. there are no restore disks, so you'd have to contact IT directly for a replacement if you don't have a known good clone.
