Mortal Kombat Back Door Panel

I'm restoring an original Mortal Kombat arcade cabinet that is missing the back door panel. I've already contacted places like the Arcade Boneyard, but wasn't able to find a replacement. So, I've decided to make my own. I've got the back panel cut and the heat vents inlayed. I also purchased a Midway back door lock and bracket set off eBay (shown below), but I can't find any places online with detailed dimensions or assembly instructions for how everything fits together.

I'm asking for some help from this community to provide some detailed pictures and/or measurements of where I need to place all the components and drill holes for the lock, etc. I would truly appreciate it. In return, for posterity, I will share the blueprints I've been crafting in Illustrator for making and assembling these back door panels for Midway cabinets (NFL Blitz, Killer Instinct).
