Dig Dug video is jacked up

Hey there, new to this forum and, honestly, video arcade game repair.  Wife got two machines from her aunt who claimed they worked but of course they don't.  One is Dig Dug and the video is jacked up. It looks like the sync is off but I zero clue where to start as I have no schematics.  I've attached a pic of what it looks like; any ideas on what's wrong would be greatly appreciated.  Main PCB shows 5V and the sound works as well as game play as you can start a game and hear things going on and the game ending.

open up the back and get a pic or two of the monitor chassis.. careful not the touch the large red wire leading to the cup on the tube.  Get a pic of the wiring going into the monitor (a close up would be great)  might be something came lose worst case you might need a cap kit.

Thanks, cw and sorry for the delay.  Here are a couple of pics.  Nothing looks out of place.

The connector on the edge of the circut board may not be making contact. Wiggle it a bit...If that works, the fix is copper tape (soldered to bad traces) and new pins.
