Hantarex polo 2 problem
« on: September 24, 2020, 04:31:00 am »
I have been fixing a hantarex polo 2 chassis
The flyback was bad, I changed it and the chassis worked correctly the first time.
Shortly after I turned it on and it no longer worked.
Now when I turn it on it does not start and it sparks on a bridge near the irf630 mosfet on the drain leg.
Connecting a light bulb to pin 3 (R153) of the flyback.
I have the B + on the 118v bulb

Sp5: 27V
SP8: 18V
SP36: 180V
SP37: 180V

The IRF630 is ok.
The C1 and D4 are also ok.

Any ideas what to check besides this?
