WTB Golden Tee Fore 2005 Video Card or full PCB

I have a golden tee fore that isn’t booting up so looking for a video card or full board so I can get it working. The LED 1 status light isn’t blinking so I’m pretty sure it’s a PCB video card issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
