Remember, a DVI-I output *is* a VGA output. You just use a passive adapter to turn one shape plug into another. That means you can go something like an R7 250 or whatever. Just remember to check the card can use Atom15 if you want that too.
I've used a few 5450's. One of which produced muddy, washed out brown colours compared to the other, which worked fine. But nothing wrong with something a bit newer too.
