Repair Rowe transfer mech gearbox?

One of my R-81's transfer motor gears is missing a few teeth. It's the upper left gear in the image below:



Looks like these aren't meant to be repaired. Having said that, has anyone done it? Any tips?

Any idea where I'd find replacement gears or shafts? I'm finding sources for larger gears, but nothing this small

I've got a lead on a replacement for the whole mechanism. But, it'd be a shame to throw this away.

If it's a motor made by Multi Products you can either send it to Steve Young's Pinball Resource for repair or they sell a repair kit to do it yourself.
