Opening the top part of a JVL Orion.

We are stumped. We got an old JVL Orion out of the shop and cannot figure out how to open the access to the monitor and computer. The front section surrounding the monitor.
It has to be simple and still three of us are stumped. Thanks

You open up the top back door where the marquee is and take two wood screws out one on each side, they are square head screws, also known as Robertson screw heads.
Then you can lift the marquee assembly out. Then you remove 6 Philips head screws out of the next lower section. Then there are another set of Philips head screws for the next panel around the monitor. So it is not a hidden latch it is a total dismantling process.  :dizzy:
