Kortek monitor no picture

Hello,

I have a arcade game with a 20" kortek vga monitor. Problem is no picture.  Does anybody know, which chassis model it is? I did not find any type designation written on it.
I already looked over the chassis and started to replace some capacitors which look no good anymore. And during replace I found a bad resistor R425. Can this resistor be the cause for no picture? Problem is with that ristor, that it is melt and has no color code or ohm value written anymore on it like the others.  It only has a white film in the middle. See the pictures. Now my question is, does anybody know which resistor could  here belong to?  I found on the chassis two other resistors of same housing size and they  are  47 Ohm 1W resitors. Can I try to replace the defective with this type one?  The bad resistor  is connected on  the left side to a coil (?), should I replace that and the Transistor C3206 on the right side too? Please help me.

thanks,

Michael

Perhaps my repair guide for the 14 inch version will help:

Hello Ken,

thanks for your reply.

In your guide there is stated, R426 beside the two coils found burnt. On my board there  is beside the two coils no R426 but R425. That R425 is burnt and according to the Service Manual princes prin prin linked in this thread it is a 56  ohm 1W resistor.  I looked around and quickly found a resistor with 51.4 ohm and bigger housing. Will this resistor be suitable for replacement or has it too little ohm?
I will first try  replacing the resistor and reinsert the two coils. Then I will check capacitors, diodes and the other resistors. These are parts I have measurement devices for and know how to measure.
Do you think that will be enough, or should I also replace the other parts mentioned in your guide like IC's , NTE's, etc.?
