Have I fried my mini-pac?

So got a rec room masters 32 emulator edition cabinet with controller. I got one of the hyperspin drives and i seem to have messed up programing the board. originally winIPAC showed a board, then i somehow screwed something up in xpadder and now winipac says 'no board'. Device manager shows a mini pac. I can't switch modes on the controller itself, and the P1 up arrow is configured to button 3, and the trackball works. Nothing else works. I've tried plugging into another computer (mac) and ran macIPAC and it also says no I-PAC found.


do I just need to get a new mini-pac? or is this salvageable?
