Any drone flyers here? |

I have just brought myself a Drone, Bit of a impulse buy to some degree as I have always thought they would be fun to play with but never actually bothered with one. Anyways I was sat here at home bored (always dangerous for my wallet) thinking I need something to do and a drone video popped up and then hey presto... So I picked up a DJI mavic mini to learn and play with, But as I cant get out anywhere to fly it atm (and I dont want to risk flying it indoors!) I also picked up a little Tello Ryze second hand which I have been flying around the house and the back yard to get a feel for how they work etc. Looking forward to being able to go back to the mother land and fly the mini around some of the old mines etc should make for some cool pics :) |

I've always wanted one, but my entire city is one giant no-fly zone. :( |

If I ever bought one I'd want to be able to fly it from my house, otherwise I don't think I'd use it as often. It makes it harder to justify the investment. Canada also requires a drone pilot's license and drone registration, so those are more reasons why I haven't bothered. |

Only cost £9 though and the test was just a 20 q multi choice so was easy to get. Atm you dont need anything for a drone under 250g here. My tello is only like 80g so its tiny hehe. |
