Why in the world would you do this?  You’re going to split the conference in half.

1) Not everyone has Zoom.
2) Not everyone wants to participate in the video conference.
3) Non ByOACers can just be a fly on the wall and chat on YouTube.
4) We can replay any cool gameroom tours we see at a later date on YouTube.

The audience won't be split. If anything it will add more people.
