Are 21 inch flat crt monitors a thing?

So after a year of searching my Technician star, i finally found him, a 60+ years old guy that can fix any crt arcade monitor with his eyes closed. Ima take my electrohome g07 monitor with him to fix it, but he tolde, he has 7 21inch flat crt monitor that ,according to him , had even better resolution than most regular curved monitors. Since i forgot to ask him for the brand, i just want to ask the experts here, are flat crt arcades a thing? he wants 35dlls for each monitor. So im thinking of even pawning my tablesaw just to get thos emonitors, i just want to make sure, hes not going to sell me tv monitors LOL, thanks for any advice.

Secretly Jennifer would have no issue using such a monitor, and don't believe the guy is wrong, those arcade monitors have the RGB input...The problem comes as a conversion, they utilized a installation kit, and the bezel doesn't match, and needs to be replaced also...But like I said earlier, Oh heck ya, Jenn would do it.
