Have you tried just leaving it on without pressing anything?
If it only has issues when you operate controls it could be bad wiring?
yes, i mentioned in my post,tried it in a normal arcade cabinet with jamma harness.
for hyper neogeo64 it will give you only the option
to add coins and press start when connected to a normal arcade
(every other control is connected through the motherboard harnesses).
so again like i said in my original post,at first i needed to restart it couple of times to be able to press just the start button,and when i did, it started like normal and after a while started screeching and buzzing
and while doing this it was moving the car around.
when connected only the main motherboard with the game attached to any other machine
its doing all the same,like when its connected to its own dedicated cabinet.
