I'm using a d9400 in my cab and it's working great. Auto switching between resolutions is handy, and 800x600 desktop makes the front end sharp, and PC navigation easy. Scour Lego, facebook marketplace, craigslist, and offer up. I found the one with very low hours for $200. There is a neotec 27" trisync in Illinois right now that has a slight picture issue listed for $50. I'm trying to resist buying it.
No, I'm in indiana. The monitor is in bolingbrook, which is about 2 hours away. I would jump on it, except its being sold by an arcade and I assume if they haven't been able to repair it it's probably outside my skillset to repair.
First off, Hoopz is right.
