Missile Command Artwotk Needed
« on: February 21, 2020, 07:52:59 am »
Hi.

I was wondering if anyone could help me

I am looking for  Missile commands control panel artwork. either vector or a nice high res image would be great.

I found one at the vectorlib website
http://vectorlib.free.fr/

Missile command
http://vectorlib.free.fr/MissileCommand/

I can open all the other missile command images in my browser but when I click on the control panel image it saves it to the PC with a PS file extension.

I have tried loads of different software to open it. I downloaded a trial version of Paint Shop Pro 2020 and Canvas X 2020 but nothing will open the file.

Any ideas what will open this file or if anyone know of where I can get a nice high res image of the control panel.

Any help will be much appreciated so I can start building my control panel with the Ultimarc U-Track I just bought.

Cheers Mike

Looks like it’s a adobe illustrator file.  Should open in photoshop or illustrator.

Good luck

I believe I've use InkScape which is free to open files from there.  Not sure but I might have had to install a plugin that allowed opening Illustrator files.

I have a psd version that has the various layers from an artwork Hdd that was around awhile back - Went ahead and uploaded it to wetransfer for you - https://we.tl/t-AeU8rl2ige

They keep the link live for 1 week so let me know if you want it but do not download in time and I'll reupload it. ( OR if you can't open the psd format and need it saved to a flattened png or other file extension let me know and I'll convert it and upload. )

The cpo file on that site is in Adobe illustrator vector format (.ai).
You can easily convert it online (https://convertio.co/it/ai-svg/) to SVG format for free and then use inkscape to edit.
Converted svg file attached.
