As i recall, whenever trying to create a new cue/bin image you have to make fixes for the lba otherwise it won't boot at all. You may have to fix the lba for the irx files too but i'm not 100% sure. There used to be a program specifically for that, though i can't seem to remember its name. Found it: https://www.psx-place.com/resources/cdgenps2.698/ |

Tried creating a new image with the above but still just a black screen after running it :( |

Did you fix the LBA? Set the LBA to 12231 for system.cnf. |

I just added the files to the window of the cd maker and made the bin/cue. I have no priors to PS2 game moding so this is all new to me lol |
