JVL Echo Boot loop

Hello all, I'm new to the forum and countertops. I'm working on a JVL Echo for a friend. It will come on and try to load the OS, but will reboot when it gets to the "Start Game System: load browser". I've tried the system reload and it says it's successful, but it still won't boot up. Is there a boot/install file I can load onto a USB Flash drive to do a complete reload? Is there something else I need to look at? I'm not sure I want to start taking this thing apart. Thanks for any info.

probably a knackered compact flash drive. getting pretty old at this point.
