Raspberry PI GPIO LEDs plugin for LEDSpicer

Yesterday I started writing a plugin device for LEDSpicer, that may be useful for several rpi users, will allow to use the GPIO pins of the rpi to connect LEDs, I testing it right now, I will update latter with the results.
