Thanks to Calamity, i only inject vulkan driver. ;)

I installed psakhis modded driver on my windows 10 machine and radeon 7850. everything works fine! I have AMD Radeon Relive installed as well. Both Vulkan driver and Vulkan API have been updated after installing this modded driver.

Now Retroarch cores that use Vulkan are blazingly fast as well as the latest PCSX2 which uses Vulkan is silky smooth.

When I tried this method I was unable to get it to work for Vulkan on Dolphin (or in RA). Can someone confirm that Vulkan works with Dolphin? I have a AMD R9 380

Hey! I just tried and successfully ran Dolphin core in Vulkan in Retroarch 1.12.0. Btw, it seems that Dolphin in latest Retroarch works in d3d11 as well. The picture is off-centered a little bit but not a biggie.
