Groovymame 0.217 Virtua Racing - Virtua Fighter soo slow

Hi all I've played these 2 games with the latest groovymame the games runs fine but they seems so slow very slow....

in Virtua Racing 50 sec are 55 sec of real time.
Why?

what's wrong? my setup is correct virtua racing run in a super resolution of 2560x384 at 57.xxxx Hhz( Ive a 25 KHZ monitor)  my audio is Ok no fliker no stutter nothing but the game seems very very slow.

Try running it with -noautosync -nosyncrefresh -nowaitvsync. If the speed is still slow, then it's probably your cpu is not powerful enough.
Important note: posts reporting GM issues without a log will be IGNORED.
Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.

Thanks calamity! Tomorrow I will try! Unfortunately my CPU is a  4 ghz xeon.... I think it's powerful inoff...

Hello to all.
unfortunately the suggested settings did not work.

the only thing that seems to improve execution speed is to enable or disable Throttle ...
unfortunately, however, it becomes too fast and totally out of sync with the audio.

But am I the only one whose VirtuaRacing game time doesn't match real time?
even from the videos I see on youtube I seem to see this problem.

can anyone test?
